The meeting was called to order at 3:30 P. m. by Mayor Cortesi.
Present: Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Telford Smith
Absent: Councilman Joseph Bracco
This being the date set for City Clerk Arthur Rodondi to file his bond and
take the oath of officer, Mayor Cortesi administered the oath. Acting City
Attorney Lyons presented the bond of $15,000 made out in favor of the City by
the HArtford Insurance Co. Thereupon Arthur Rodoudi signed the bond. Council-
man Saui moved, seconded by Councilman Noouau and regularly carried, that the
bond of $15,000 be accepted.
Councilman Smith moved, seconded by Councilman Sani and regularly carried, that
the appointment date be effective as of June 5, 1952. Councilman Sani moved,
seconded by Councilman Smith and regularly carried, that the City Clerk be paid
for the full month of June.
On motion by Councilman Sani, seconded by Councilman Noonan and regularly car-
ried, the meeting was adjourned to Monday, June 16, 1952 at 8 p. m.
