Tke meeting was called to order by Mayor Rozzi at 11:03 a.m.
Present: Councilmen Andrew Rocca, Leo Ryan, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi
and Mayor G. J. Rozzi
C~%y Attorney Noonan stated that the minutes should reflect that since
24-Lour written notice had been given to every Councilman, the Waiver of

He then stated that a resolution had been prepared for the only item to
be considered by the Council today, naaely, the matter of the dredging of
po:tions of Colma Creek to eliminate serious flood damage and instruct the
C:=y Manager to make formal request in this regard.

S~RIOUS FLOOD HAZARD, AND INSTRUCTII~G THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A FORMA

CoA~cilmen Andrew Rocca, Leo Ryan, Fr&ncis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi and
G~ido Rossi. Noes, None. Absent, None.

m;tde and taken concerning Colma Creek.
Co'2ncilman Lucchio then moved, seconded, by Councilman Rocca and regularly
car=led, that the meeting be adjourneC.
