Bertucelli at 7:4! p.m. Coancil Chambers, City Hal.]. Present: Absent: Councilmen Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi None City Attorney Noonan briefly commented on the resolutions which had been prepared by bond counsel for the attention of the City Council and which concerned the matter of Conmur Street and Dianne Court. He remarked that the bond counsel was present to further explain ~hese resolutions. He then remarked that the date for the Hearing had originally been set for February 21, 1966 but that it would be reset from this evening's date if the resolutions were adoptea and the Public Hearing scheduled for March 7, 1966. Bond counsel from the law office of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch then in detail explained the re~olutions and the order in whfch they would be adopted if Council so desired, after which a lengthy discussion =ollowed concernino the assessment district. A± this time there was discussed the matter of the assessments which were to be levied to ~he properties affected and included in the assessment d~strict, the width of the street, cost, and the revised assessment which was to be made· During +he lenothv discussion which took place, +.he enai. neer of work, present, sub- mitted to Council the revised fieures from the orioinal assessment, after which bond counsel again ex~].a~ned the resolutions. These were taken in the order as follows.
