CALL TO ORDER:.. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Memmini at 10:03 a.m.

RELEASE OF IM-
PROVEMENT BONDS

WEST PARK 3B:
Council at this time took up the matter of an Inter-Office Memorandum
dated June 19, 1972 from the Director of Ecological Development recom-
mending the acceptance for maintenance by the City of the Common
Greens in West Park Unit 3B and the release of the Improvement Bonds.
Councilman Steinkamp moved, seconded by Councilman Borba and regularly
carried, that the recommendation of the Director of Ecological Devel-
opment be accepted.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Mammini then announced that the meeting would be adjourned to
I:00 p .m.
Time of adjournaent: 11:16 a.m.
RECALL TO ORDER: The meeting was recalled to order by Mayor Mammini at 1:06 p.m,

COMMENTS RE At the request of Mayor Mammini, City Attorney Noonan commented on
NEGOTIATIONS: the negotiations which had been held and the proposal which had been
made; further, that meetings would take place from June 20, 1972 to
~ ~O~) ~ ~-/b~ June 27, 1972.
Mr. Gillis commented that the employees had rejected the proposal and,
as a result, wished to continue negotiations.
RESO. NO. 5876 After an explanation by City Attorney Noonan, Councilman STeinkamp
APPROVING PROPO- introduced a resolution entitled: "A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSAL
SALE FOR INCL. FOR INCLUSION IN A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING."

Roll call vote was as follows: Ayes, Councilmen Patrick E. Ahern,
Gordon T. Boblitt, William A. Borba, F. Frank Mammini and Warren
Steinkamp. Noes, none. Absent, none.
NEXT COUNC I L
MEET I NG MOVED
FROM JULY 3 TO
JULY 5, 1972:
Clty Manager Dreisbach then brought to the attention of the City
Council the Fourth of July Holiday on Tuesday, stating that Council
would be meetlng on Monday, July 3, 1972. He suggested, in order
to afford an extended holiday weekend to the City employees, that
Council consider holding their regular meeting on Wednesday, July 5,
1972, Instead.
Councilman Borba moved, seconded by Councilman STeinkamp and regularly
carried, that the meeting be .held on July 5, 1972.
ADJOURNMENT :,
