The meeting was called to order by Mayor Battaglia at
7:07 PM.
Present: Councilmen Richard A. Battaglia, F. Frank Mammini,
Terry J. Mirri, Leo Padreddii and Warren Steinkamp.
Absent: None.
The first item for Council's consideration was a staff
report, dated May 8, 1975, from the Director of Public
Services recommending Council adopt a resolution authorizing
the City Manager to execute the Second Amended Cooperation
Agreement with San Mateo County regarding the Housing and
Community Development Act application.
Councilman Steinkamp introduced a resolution entitled:
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECOND AMENDED
COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AND THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO--HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974.
Roll Call Vote was as follows: Ayes, Councilmen Richard A.
Battaglia, F. FrarkMammini, Terry J. Mirri, Leo Padreddii,
and Warren Steinkamp. Noes, none. Absent, none.
The City Clerk at this time read in full the result of his
Referendum Petition examination related to Ordinance No. 690-75
adopted April 2, 1975. Upon completing his reading Councilman
Mammini moved, seconded by Councilman Steinkamp and regularly
carried that the City proceed as scheduled with the public
safety building and further that this information be relayed
to the newspapers so that everybody is appraised of the
results of the petition. Motion as made and seconded was
regularly carried. Councilman Padreddii voted no.
There being nothing further to come before Council,
Mayor Battaglia adjourned the meeting at 7:10 PM.
