NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the State
of California, that the City Council of South San Francisco will hold a Special
Meeting on Monday, August 2, 1976, at 7:00 PM in the West Orange Avenue Library
Auditorium, 840 West Orange Avenue, South San Francisco, California.
Purpose of Meeting:
Boards and Commissions.
Dated: July 26, 1976
To interview applicants for expiring terms on

West Orange Avenue Library Auditorium.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Padreddii at
7:00 PM.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited.
Present:
Councilmen Leo Padreddii, Emanuele N. Damonte,
William A. Borba, Terr~ J. Mirri and
Richard A. Battaglia.
Absent: None
Mayor Padreddii explained to each applicant that there
were expirations on other Boards and Commissions, asking
if they were interested in any of the others.
Those who were interviewed were as follows:
William Craib who made application for reappointment to
the Parks and Recreation Commission but expressed interest
in the Planning Commission and Library Board.
Bruno Fanucchi, applicant for the Housing Authorl ty, who
expressed interest in the Planning Commission. Mr. Fanucchi
requested that his application not be considered for the
Housing Authority if Council were considering reappointing
Victor Feudale since Mr. Feudale was a personal friend.

ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Padreddii declared a recess at 7:20 PM.
The meeting was recalled to order at 7:28 PM with all
Council present.
Ernestine Vaden, applicant for the Personnel Board, who
expressed interest also in the Planning Commission and
Parks and Recreation Commission.
Antoinette Fraschieri, applicant for reappointment to the
Personnel Board, who expressed interest in the Library
Board.
Mayor Padreddii recessed the meeting at 7:50 PM.
The meeting was recalled to order at 7:58 PM with all
Council present.
Floyd Parma, applicant for the Personnel Board, who
expressed interest in the Library Board and Planning
Commission.
Augustine Terragno, applicant for the Personnel Board.
Mr. Terragno was not interested in any other Board or
Commission.
Donald Cordo, applicant for the Personnel Board. Mr.
Cordo was not interested in any other Board or Commission.
Clare L. Mamaril, applicant for the Personnel Board. Mr.
Mamaril expressed interest in the Parking Place Commission,
Parks and Recreation Commission, Library Board and Planning
Commission.
There being nothing further to come before Council Council-
man Battaglia moved, seconded by Councilman Borba and
regularly carried that the meeting be adjourned.
Time of adjournment was 8:38 PM.
