Council Conference Room, City Hall.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Damonte at
5:35 PM.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited.
Present:
Councilmen Richard A.
Emanuele N. Da~onte,
Leo Padreddii.
Battaglia, William A. Borba,
Terry J. Mirri and
Absent: None.
Council conducted interviews with the following for
consideration to appointment on the City's Boards and
Commissions:
Robert Battay~ who expressed interest for appointment to
the Housing Authority and Personnel Board.
Marie Cox, who expressed interest for appointment to the
Library Board.
Aldo DeTomasi, who expressed interest for appointment to
the Personnel Board, Housing Authority or Parks and
Recreation Commission with preference to the Personnel
Board.
Don Morgan, who commented that he would accept appointment
to whatever Board or Commission the Council felt he could
best serve.
Mayor Damonte then requested that Mrs. Ruth Boyd, whose
term on the Library Board expired, and Mr. Robert Reid,
whose term on the Housing Authority expired, be notified
to appear for interviews on Wednesday, October 26, 1977,
at 7:00 PM and 7:15 PM respectfully.
Councilman Borba at this time brought to Council's
attention the lack of attendance by some Commissioners
at meetings and suggested that Council review this matter
and corrective measures be taken..

ADJOURNFIENT
There being nothing further to come before Council, Mayor
Damonte adjourned the meeting.
Time of adjournment was 6:47 PM.
