Mayor Borba commented that Council had interviewed many
fine applicants, had received very good input and had
gained some information not otherwise available.
Councilman Acosta requested that Council conduct a
reevaluation of present Board and Commission members and
suggested that this practice be followed every two years.
After discussion between the Councilmembers and there
being no objections, Mayor Borba requested that the
matter be placed as an item for a future Study Session.
Councilwoman Teglia requested that Mr. Martin and Mr.
Morgan again be contacted since she wished to interview
both applicants. This was concurred in by Councilman
Acosta. No objections were registered.
Mayor Borba then requested the concurrence of Council to
continue the remaing interviews on Tuesday, May 23, 1978,
