AGENDA REVIEW
City Manager Birkelo suggested that the two
reportsrelating to Paramedic/Firefighter be
continued to the next regular meeting. He
submitted a summary to Council for its review.
No objections - so ordered.
Request to discuss this matter at the conclusion
of the meeting.

7:06 p.m.
City Manager Birkelo announced a ribbon-cutting
ceremony to be held Friday, March 16, 1979,
11:30 a.m., at the newly-installed bridge over
Colma Creek at the foot path to E1 Camino High
School.
Council adjourned to an Executive Session at
7:!0 p.m.
Meeting was recalled to order at 7:26 p.m.;
Council had instructed the City Attorney in
a pending litigation.

Non-Freeway Alternatives to Route 380
City Manager Birkelo commented that the Califor-
nia Department of Transportation Staff has
furnished their report to the California Trans-
portation Commission indicating Sharp Park Road
& Westborough should not be designated as a
link in the State Highway System, and that FAU
funds should be used to improve Sharp Park Road
which should remain under Pacifica's jurisdiction
They also would recommend that 380 Freeway should
be rescinded and Westborough right-of-way be
disposed of. He advised that the meeting would
be held on Friday, March 23, 1979, 9:00 a.m.,
in the State Office Building Auditorium.
Council indicated they would attend.

Carried unanimously by voice vote.
