None.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at
4:05 p.m. for the purpose of the
discussion of a personnel matter.
Mayor Penna recalled the meeting to order
at 8:00 p.m., all Council present. He
stated that there was a Motion to rescind
Andy Stark's contract and to instruct
Jesus, the City Manager to rescind the
appointment of Andy Stark. He stated
that the vote was 3-2 to rescind the
appointment, that there was a second
Motion to terminate Jesus Armas' contract
immediately, and that Motion failed on a
2-3 vote. He stated that there was a
request to reconsider the first and
second Motions, and the votes remained
the same. (Attached is a memo from the
City Attorney that reflects the roll call
votes recorded in the Closed Session.)
M/S Fernekes/Teglia - To adjourn the
meeting to Wednesday, 1/15/92, 7:00 p.m.,
City Hall, Council Chambers, 400 Grand
Ave., for the discussion of: Mid-Year
budget review and 1992-93 policy direc-
tion;.Review of development fees;
Operation and management S.S.F. Center;
and a Closed Session.

Disclosure of Roll Call Votes Taken in Closed Session
of January 10, 1992
There were four motions and roll call votes taken in closed
session Friday, January 10, 1992. They were as follows:
A motion was made to instruct the City Manager to
immediately rescind his aFpointment of the Fire Chief. The
motion was made by Councilmember Drago and seconded by
Councilmember Fernekes. The votes case were as follows:

Councllmember Nicolopulos No
Vice Mayor Teglia No
Mayor Penna Yes

A motion was made to terminate the City Manager's Contract.
It was made by Councilmember Drago and seconded by Mayor
Penna. The votes cast were as follows:

A motion was made to reconsider instructing the City Manger
to immediately rescind the apgointment of the Fire Chief.

City Manager's Contract. It was made with the consent of
the persons who made and seconded the initial motion. The
