Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 12:10 p.m.
to discuss labor negotiations, pursuant to GC
54957.6 - Police and Operating Engineers, and
litigation, pursuant to GC 54956.9(a) - City of
S.S.F. vs. Levitz.
Mayor Fernekes recalled the meeting to order at
1:06 p.m., all Council present, except Councilman
Yee - who left the Closed Session at 12:50 p.m.,
no action was taken.
M/S Teglia/Drago - To adjourn the meeting.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
Time of adjournment was 1:07 p.m.
