RESOLUTION NO. 3605
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AWARDING CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California that
WHEREAS the Director of Public Works of said city, as
its ex-officio City Engineer, did, on the 4th day of April 1958,
publicly open, examine, and declare all sealed bids and proposals
for the work to be done and improvements to be made, as described
and specified in Resolution of Intention No. 2567, adopted by said
City Council on the 6th day of January 1958, and as more particularly
described in the Notice Inviting Sealed Proposals or Bids dated
March 5, 1958, to wh~h resolution and notice reference is hereby
made for a description of the work and improvements to be done
and the materials, supplies, and equipment to be furnished there-
for; and
WHEREAS said City Council did, in open session, on the 7th
day of April 1958, examine the written report of said Director of
Public Works pertaining to the sealed proposals or bids for the
hereinabove mentioned work and improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said City Council hereby rejects all said proposals
or bids for the performance of the aforementioned work and improve-
menS, except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the
contract for performing the work and improvements and furnishing the
materials, supplies, and equipment necessary therefor, to the lowest
responsible bidder, to-wit: Ao DALE WlLLIAi~

2.
That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful bid-
der upon there having been deposited with the City Clerk of said
City the requisite performance and labor and materials bonds;
that said City Clerk shall attest the Mayor's signature to said
contract and shall affix thereto the corporate seal of Said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 7th day of April 1958, by the following vote:
