KESOLUTION NO. 2902 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF'THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING THE FILING OF AN AMENDED ASSESSMENT - HARBOR WAY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT WHEREAS, a certain parcel of land to wit: as described in "Exhibit A", attached hereto and hereby incor- porated herein and made a part hereof, upon which there is an unpaid assessment against which bonds have been issued and which has been subdivided and which the City Council, on application of the owner, desires to segregate and apportion unpaid installments of the original assessment in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original parcel. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, shall file with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment of the lot or parcel of land described to wit: as described in "Exhibit A", attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof, including map or plot plan showing how such lot or parcel has been divided, make said amended assessment so that the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of said lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessment upon the original lot or parcel. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon filing of the said report and amended assessment, the City Clerk shall fix a time and place for hearing upon the amended assessment and shall give notice of the hearing by publication, said time and notice shall conform to the requirements of Section 8732 of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of Californ~ . Guerin, dated June 17, 1947, and recorded July 24, 1947, in Book 1352 of Official Records at page 373, San Mateo County Records; thence from said point of beginning South 89° 52' 30" West along the South- erly line of East Grand Avenue 365.31 feet; thence South 23° 04' 30" West 108o00 feet; thence South 19© 29' 05" West 51o27 feet; thence South 14© 54' 14" West 7o10 feet; thence South O0© 06' 30" West 167.37 feet; thence North 89° 52' 30" East 426.27 feet; thence North 00° 06' 30" East 321.78 feet to the point of beginning.
