AGENDA REVIEW
City Manager Bi rkelo stated that there
was nothing to add to the Agenda.
President Haffey arrived at 7:18 p.m.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
No one chose to speak.
M/S Nicolopulos/Drago - To appoint
Roberta Cerri Teglia as the new President
of the Board.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
M/S Nicolopulos/Drago - to approve the
minutes of the Regular Meeting of
5/22/85.
Carried by unanimous voice vote.
Director of Finance Lipton stated that
through 6/30/85, the City had advanced
the Authority $698,415 for payments on
the GSA loan and the demolition of the
warehouse. He stated that in 11/85, the
Federal Government had reimbursed the
Authority $57,500 for demolition costs,
and the City was negotiating with the GSA
to apply the balance of the warehouse
fire claim settlement ($92,500) to the
outstanding principal balance.
He stated that during 1985-86, the City
will advance an additional $247,700 for

quarterly lease payments. Total advances
from the City to the Authority as of
6/30/86 will be approximately $884,000.
He explained that the original purchase
price had been $1,450,000, quarterly
payments were $65,000, and the remaining
balance was $920,000.
