A RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
MEETINGS OF THE SURPLUS PROPERTY AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, Resolution No. SPA-1-83 of the Surplus Property Authority sets
forth that annual meetings of the Surplus Property Authority of the City of
South San Francisco shall be held on the first Wednesday in May; and
WHEREAS, said meetings of the Surplus Property Authority were intended
to coincide with regular meetings of the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, regular meetings of the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco have been shifted from the first and third Wednesdays of each month
to the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SURPLUS PROPERTY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO THAT:
1. Meetings of the Surplus Property Commission shall be held annually
on the fourth Wednesday in May at 6:55 P.M~, in the Community Room of the
Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, California.
The Commission may hold such special meetings as it deems necessary and shall
provide public notice of all special meetings as required by the Ralph M, Brown
Act (Commencing with Government Code Section 54950).
2, The provisions of Paragraph 11 of Resolution No. SPA-1-83, which Para-
graph is entitled "Meetings" are hereby rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the Surplus Property Commission of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the23rd day of May
