HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 15-2004RESOLUTION NO. 15-2004 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND THE TOWN OF COLMA AND HITECH SYSTEMS WHEREAS, the City desires to renew an agreement with the Town of Colma which provides part-time police dispatch services to them at a cost of $83,460 and with Hitech Systems, Inc. for software that will enable the City to dispatch for the Colma Police Department in the amount of $14,193; and WHEREAS, funding for this project will be absorbed in our existing budget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council approves the renewal of an agreement with the Town of Colma which provides part-time police dispatch services to them at a cost of $83,460 and with Hitech Systems, Inc. for software that will enable the City to dispatch for the Colma Police Department in the amount of $14,193. BE IT, FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the agreements on behalf of the City of South San Francisco. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 25th day of February 2004 by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSTAIN: ABSENT: Councilmembers Joseph A.
