HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 20-2004RESOLUTION NO. 20-2004 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE ENGINEERING CONTRACT FOR THE OAK AVENUE EXTENSION PROJECT TO TY LIN INTERNATIONAL/CCS PLANNING & ENGINEERING IN THE AMOUNT OF $480,336 WHEREAS, staff recommends awarding the engineering contract for the Oak Avenue Extension Project to the lowest responsible bidder, TY Lin International/CCS Planning & Engineering in the amount of $480,336; and WHEREAS, funding for this project is included in the 2003-2004 Capital Improvement Program. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby awards the engineering contract for the Oak Avenue Extension Project to TY Lin International/CCS Planning & Engineering in the amount of $480,336. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 10th day of March 2004 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Richard A. Garbarino, and Pedro Gonzalez, Vice Mayor Raymond L. Green, and Mayor Karyl Matsumoto NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: None. ATTEST: Clerk
