Under Oral Communications, at the beginning of the meeting, persons wishing to speak on any subject not on the Agenda will have 3 minutes to discuss their item. The Clerk will read the name and type of application to be heard in the order in which it appears on the Agenda. A staff person will then explain the proposal. The first person allowed to speak will be the applicant, followed by persons in favor of the application. Then persons who oppose the project or who wish to ask questions will have their turn. If you wish to speak, please fill out a card (which is available near the entrance door) and give it, as soon as possible, to the Clerk at the front of the room. When it is your turn, she will announce your name for the record. The Commission has adopted a policy that applicants and their representatives have a maximum time limit of 20 minutes to make a presentation on their project. Non-applicants may speak a maximum of 3 minutes on any case. Questions from Commissioners to applicants or non-applicants may be answered by using additional time. When the Commission is not in session, we'll be pleased to answer your questions if you will go to the Planning Division, City Hall, 315 Maple Avenue or telephone (650) 877-8535 or by e-mail at web- [email protected]. Approval of the regular meeting minutes of June 18, July 16, August 6, August 20, September 3, September 17, October 15, December 3 and December 17, 2015. 1. PUBLIC HEARING 2. Multi-Family Residential - Sares Regis The City of SSF/Owner Miller Cypress SSF, LLC/Applicant Miller Avenue & Airport Blvd P15-0036: UP15-0027, DR15-0032, WM15-0001, PE15-0004, & DA15-0003 Request for a Conditional Use Permit and Design Review to construct two new seven-story residential buildings with a total of 260 units at both corners of Airport Boulevard and Miller Avenue (309, 315, 401 -421 Airport Boulevard), a private residential parking lot at 405 Cypress Avenue, and twelve (12) townhome units at 216 Miller Avenue; request for Modification to private storage and building height zoning standards; request for a Parking Reduction to reduce provided parking by 25% to accommodate a portion of compact parking spaces designed for the project; and consideration of an Environmental Consistency Analysis and a Development Agreement. Limited Restaurant – Use Permit BC Consolidated Holdings LLC/Owner/Applicant 1405 HUNTINGTON AVE STE C P15-0076: UP15-0018 Conditional Use Permit to allow a limited restaurant and office use at 1405 Huntington Avenue, Suite C, in the Business Commercial (BC) Zoning District in accordance with SSFMC Chapters 20.110, 20.330, 20.460 & 20.490 and determination that the project is categorically exempted from CEQA. 5. Resolution 84-97 Cleanup City of South San Francisco/Owner/Applicant Citywide GPA16-0001 General Plan Amendment to the Land Use section revising the East of 101 Area Plan pertaining to uses contemplated under Resolution 84-97 and to make changes to the Planning Sub-Areas Element to ensure policy consistency with the General Plan, the Downtown Station Area Specific Plan (DSASP) and the Transit Office / Research and Development (TO/RD) Core Zoning District.
