HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 84-2004RESOLUTION NO. 84-2004 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLIJTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF TWO-WAY STOP SIGNS ON MAGNOLIA AVENUE AT COMMERCIAI, AVENUE WHEREAS, staff recommends the acceptance of the installation of two-way stop signs on Magnolia Avenue at Commercial Avenue; and WHEREAS, no additional funding would be necessary to install the stop signs at this location; and WHEREAS, the stop signs and poles are in stock with the Maintenance Division and the time used to install the signs and pavement markings would be changed to general street maintenance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes the installation of two-way stop signs on Magnolia Avenue at Commercial Avenue. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 8th day of September 2004 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes and Pedro Gonzalez, Vice Mayor Raymond L. Green and Mayor Karyl Matsumoto NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: Councilmember Richard A.
