Consideration of City Council Goals
Councilmembers discussed and concurred to set the following goals for the City during the
next twelve-month period:
· Complete initial renovation of 480 North Canal and relocation of Central Fire
· Commence construction of the SSF/BART linear park through the utilization of grant
funds and/or developer fees
· Pursue acquisition of the SF-PUC and 80 Chestnut Avenue properties through the
Redevelopment Agency
· Complete a design for the E1 Camino Real Beautification Project
· Initiate a dialogue with the major retail producers
· Complete the merger of the redevelopment areas
· Develop a strategy for the marketing properties east of Highway 101
· Review terms of agreement with airport

Being no further business, Mayor Matsumoto adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
