HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 107-2004RESOLUTION NO. 107-2004 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A TYPE II BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) AMBULANCE IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $90,000 WHEREAS, staff recommends the approval of the purchase of a Type II Basic Life Support (BLS) in an amount not to exceed $90,000; and WHEREAS, funds are available in the City of South San Francisco's Vehicle Replacement Fund reserves to purchase the ambulance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a Type II Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance in an amount not to exceed $90,000. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 10'h day of November 2004 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Richard A. Garbarino and Pedro Gonzalez, Vice Mayor Raymond L. Green and Mayor Karyl Matsumoto NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: None. ATTEST: City Clerk /
