HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 28-2005RESOLUTION NO. 28-2005 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEtYFANCE OF THE OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT, STREET LIGHTING AND TRAFFIC SIGNALIZATION EASEMENT AS SHOWN ON PARCEL MAP 04-0031, PARCELS A AND B, MALCOLM BUILDING LLC, 230 OYSTER POINT BOULEVARD WHEREAS, staff recommends acceptance of the easement dedication as offered by the sub- divider on the map that is attached hereto as Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes the acceptance of the offer of dedication for pedestrian easement, street lighting and traffic signalization easement as shown on Parcel Map 04- 0031, Parcels A and B, Malcolm Building LLC, 230 Oyster Point Boulevard. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of March 2005 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Richard A. Garbarino, Pedro Gonzalez, and Kar~l Matsumoto, and Mayor Pro Tem Joseph A. Fernekes, and Mayor Rawnond L. Green NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: None.
