CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes of May II, 2005
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of May 25,2005 in the amount of$I,615,884.95
3. Resolution No. 12-2005 authorizing the use oflow and moderate housing funds outside
the Redevelopment Project Areas and Resolution No. 13-2005 adopting a new five-year
implementation plan for the Downtown/Central Redevelopment Project Area, the El
Camino Corridor Redevelopment Project Area, the Gateway Redevelopment Project Area
and the U.S. Steel/Shearwater Redevelopment Project Area for Fiscal Years 2004105
through 2008/09
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Gonzalez: To approve the Consent Calendar, as submitted.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.
PUBLIC HEARING
4. 440 Commercial Avenue, Peninsula Habitat for Humanity Project:
a) Motion authorizing the adoption of summary report for disposition of property
b) Resolution authorizing the execution of disposition and development agreement with
Peninsula Habitat for Humanity to transfer 440 Commercial Avenue to Habitat for
Humanity for construction of 4 housing units and approve a construction grant of
$33,780 to Habitat for Humanity
Public Hearing opened.
Staff Report presented by Housing and Community Development Consultant Sanchez.

Motion-Garbarino/Second-Fernekes: Resolution No 14-2005 adopting the summary
report for disposition of property and Resolution No. 15-2005 authorizing the execution
of disposition and development agreement with Peninsula Habitat for Humanity to
transfer 440 Commercial A venue to Habitat for Humanity for construction of 4 housing
units and approve a construction grant of$33,780 to Habitat for Humanity. Unanimously
approved by voice vote.
