Please note the date and time on the attached agenda. It is the policy of the Board to take no action on an item unless the applicant (or his/her representative) is present. It is also strongly advised that the design professional attend the meeting. PROCEDURE. The meeting is to be held at the Police Department Training Room located at 33 Arroyo Drive (corner of Arroyo Drive and El Camino Real). Enter the building via the main entrance fronting 33 Arroyo Drive. You should be present at least 30 minutes before your scheduled hearing time. When your item is ready to be considered, you will be asked to enter the conference room, introduce yourself and give a brief description of your project. The Board will then discuss the proposal and ask any questions they might have. The Board does try to stay on schedule, but at times due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay. After the meeting, the Planning Division staff will finalize the Design Review findings and conditions of approval and official notice of the formal findings will be sent to the applicant. No work on the project should be undertaken until these findings and conditions are received. If the item is a Use Permit, Variance or PUD request, the findings will not be sent to the applicant; they will be included in the Planning Commission Staff Report. If you have any questions regarding these procedures, you may call the Planning Division, 877-8535. Individuals with disabilities who require auxiliary aids or services in attending and participating in this meeting should contact the ADA Coordinator at (650) 877-8505, five working days before the meeting.
