HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-15-19 DRB Agenda DESIGN REVIEW BOARD CITY HALL ANNEX CONFERENCE ROOM 315 Maple Avenue South San Francisco (650) 877-8535 October 15, 2019 4:00 pm APPLICANTS Your item has been scheduled for the next meeting of the South San Francisco Design Review Board. Please note the date and time on the attached agenda. It is the policy of the Board to take no action on an item unless the applicant (or his/her representative) is present. It is also strongly advised that the design professional attend the meeting. PROCEDURE. The meeting is held in the conference room within the City Hall Annex Building located at 315 Maple Avenue (corner of Grand and Maple Avenues). Park on Maple Avenue or in the parking lot behind City Hall. Enter the building via the main entrance fronting Maple Avenue or the back entrance near the City Hall parking lot. Take a seat in the Annex waiting area. You should be present at least 30 minutes before your scheduled hearing time. When your item is ready to be considered, you will be asked to enter the conference room, introduce yourself and give a brief description of your project. The Board will then discuss the proposal and ask any questions they might have. The Board does try to stay on schedule, but at times due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay. After the meeting, the Planning Division staff will finalize the Design Review findings and conditions of approval and official notice of the formal findings will be sent to the applicant. No work on the project should be undertaken until these findings and conditions are received. If the item is a Use Permit, Variance or PUD request, the findings will not be sent to the applicant; they will be included in the Planning Commission Staff Report. If you have any questions regarding these procedures, you may call the Planning Division, 877-8535.
