A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CONFERENCE CENTER
AUTHORITY TO ADOPT REVISED PERSONNEL POLICIES
WHEREAS, the South San Francisco Conference Center Authority (the "Authority")
maintains personnel policies governing employees of the Authority; and
WHEREAS, the employee benefits provided by the Authority, and relevant federal and
state laws, have significantly changed since the personnel policies were previously
adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
The Authority hereby adopts the amended Personnel Policies.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February 2020 by the following vote:
