The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance i.~'o, 229 of the City of South San
Francisco entitled: "AN ~DiNANCE t~~TING THE USE 0F T~I~RS
0R C~ CARS IN T~ CITY 0F SOUTH S~q' F~C~C0", passed ~d adopted
by the City Council of s~d city on the 19th day of July, 1943,
is hereby amended by adding a new section thereto, which section
shall be numbered and read as follows:
Section 3a. _..Eotwithst~ding the provisions of sections
2 ~d 3 hereof, trailers ~d camp cars may be allowed to stand on
any lot or parcel of land in the business district of s~d city
during any time when such trailers and camp cars are offered for
sale by any person, persons or corporation engaged, bona fide, in
the business of selling camp cars ~d trailers in said city, after
per~ssion for such purpose has been obtained from the said City
Oo~cil,
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once
in ~The Enterprise", a newspaper of general circulation published
in said City of South San Franc~co and shall take effect and be
in force on the expiration of thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
