Public Hearing Va.riance and Adjustment by Grant S. Morris..
Chairman Schaur declared the public hearing on the above Variance to be
now open" There being no protest the same the Chair declared the Public
Hearing Closede
. Application for Variance & Adjustment by Grant S. Morris.
.After discussion of the above application, motion was made by Robinson..
Regularly mmved by Robinson seconded by M~. Lautze and carried unanimous-
ly that the Variance be granted be granted for a duplex on the front por-
tion of E.25t of lot 24, and the W. 15' of lot 25 of block 95, South San
Francisco. A single family dwelling is now existing on rear of portion of
said lots.
First Hearing on the Suggestion to Ament the Master Plan to
C-2 Zones bnd Industrial.
Chairman Scha.ur declared the First Public Hearing of the above to be now
open.. No protests or objections being heard, chairman de<<:lared the First
Public Hearing closed.
Application fora Use Permit by Jessie L. Seaton.
The application of Jessie L. Seaton for permission to build a duplex on
lot 15 and 16 in block lettered U. being 33 Lewis Avenue, Pecle's Subidivi-
sian, was considered.
Motion for resolution by Mr. Maher~
Regularly moved by Mr.Maher, seconded by Mr. Ringue, andcgrried unanim-
ously, that same be granted.
Apllication for a Use Permit by Mario Volante.
The applicati~n of Mr. Mario Volante for a Use Permit to place a sign
4' x 10' on lot 12 block 136, N.E.. Corner of Linden & Pine Avenue advert-
ising his own busines was read.. Motion for resmlution byMr.. Robinson.
Regularly movee by Mr. Robinson, seconded by :Mr. Ringue and carried mnan-
imously, that same be granted.
Application for Variance by Mr. Lyle Hohnson0
The app1icationof Mr. Lyle Johnson for Variance and Adjustment on lots 26
and 2.8 in blocJc 6 Town of Baden, so a8 to allow Parking, V\tas considered.
Motion for resolution by Mr.Barrett.

regular meeting of April 13th.1949/l>
MrePainter of Pdck's Lots Sub-division was present and asked questions
regarding side-lines on his property in Peck's Lots.. He was referred
to the building Inspector who would give him proper forms of procedure..
Leave of Absence requested bySecretaryJ~G.Walker..
Secretary asked for a five months leave of absence to make European trip.
It was regularly moved by Mr.. Maher, seconded by Mr.. Lautze,and carried
unanimously that the Commission recommend to.the City Council that Secr..
Walker be granted a Leave of Absence, and also recommends that V.Robinson
be appointed to fi~l the position during 'his absence.
It was regularyly moved, seconded and carried unanimously that the meeting
be adjourned.
