BETWEEN EL CnMINO REAL ~ND NORTt!WOOD DRIVE
AS A ONE-W~Y STREET.
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Hazelwood Drive between E1 Camino Real
and Northwood Drive is hereby established as a one-way street,
on which it shall be lawful to drive and propel vehicles only
in the direction from Ei Gamino Real to Northwood Drive.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful to drive or propel
any vehicle, as that word is defined in the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, over or along any .portion of Bazelwood
Drive between E1 Camino Real and Northwood Drive, in the direction
from Northwood Drive to E1 Camino Real.
Section 3. Any person who shall violate any provision
of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and,
upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less
than Ten Dollars (~10.00), and not exceeding Fifty Dollar's
~50.00),
or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding one (1) month, or
'by both such fine and imprisonment.
Section ~. Tl~is ordinance shall be published by one
insertion in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the City of South San Francisco, and
shall take effect and be in force upon the expiration of thirty (30)
days after its adoption.
Introduced this ~ day of February, 19~9.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at the regular meeting of the city council of said
city, this ?th day of ~h, 1999, by the following vote:
