The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
1. It shall be unlawful to drive or propel any
vehicle, as that word is defined in the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, at any time, in a westerly direction along
or upon Juniper Avenue in the City of South San Francisco.
2. Any person or persons who shall violate any
provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not
exceeding ~ENTY-FI~ DOLLARS ($25.00), or by imprisonment for
a period not exceeding THIRTY (30) days, or by both such fine
and impriso~ent.
3. This ordinance shall be published once in the
Enterprise-South San Francisco Journal, a newspaper of general
circulation, published and circulated in said city, and shall
take effect and be in force on the expiration of THIRTY (30)
days after its adoption.

Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of
South San Francisco at the regular meeting of the City Council
