OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANOISO0, PASSED ON THE I%TH DAY OF
DECEMBER, 1908, AND ENTITLED~ 'AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES
AND COMPENSATION OF THE TREASURER, CLERK, MARSHALL AND RECORDER
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO'".
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 51 of the City of South
San Francisco entitled "An Ordinance Fixing the Salaries and
Compensation of the Treasurer, Clerk, Marshall and Recorder of the
City of South San Francisco, and Repealing Ordinance No. 8 of
the City of South San Francisco, Passed on the l~th Day of
December, 1908, and Entitled 'An Ordinance Fixing the Salaries
and Compensation of the Treasurer, Clerk, Marshall and Recorder of
the City of South San Francisco'", adopted on the 1st day of
April, 1912, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once
in the Enterprise-South San Francisco Journal, a newspaper of
general circulation published and circulated in said city, and
shall take effect and be in force upon the expiration of thirty
(30) days after its adoption.

Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of
South S~n Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco this%~day of March, 1952,
by the following vote:
