does ordain as follows:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle,
as that word is defined in the Vehicle Code of the State of
California, for a period Of time longer than two (2) hours,
between 9:00 o'clock a.m. and 6:00 o'clock p.m., on the same
d&~, except on Sundays and legal holidays, on either side of
Baden Avenue between Maple Avenue and Bayshore Highway, and on
either side of Miller Avenue between Maple Avenue and Bayshore
Highway.
Section 2. Any person, persons, or corporation who
shall violate this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not
exceeding TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25°00), or by imprisonment for
a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both such fine
and imprisonment°
Section 3° This ordinance shall be published once
in the Enterprise-South San Francisco Journal, a newspaper of~
general circulation, published and circulated in said City of
South San Francisco, and shall take effect and be in force on
the expiration of thirty (30) days after its adoption.

PASSED AND ADOPTED as an ordinance of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city this 2lit day of April , 1952, by the
following vote:
