ORDINANCE NO. 3t?
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES
BETWEEN CERTAIN HOURS ON A PORTION OF BADEN AVENUE
IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle,
as that word is defined in the Vehicle Code of the State of
California, between the hours of 6:00 o'clock A.M. and ?:00 P.M.
on the same day, except on Sundays and legal holidays, on
either side of Baden Avenue between Bayshore Boulevard and
Linden Avenue.
Section 2. Any person, persons, or corporation who
shall violate this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine
not exceeding FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), or by imprisonment for
a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once in
the Enterprise-South San Francisco Journal, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in said City of
South San Francisco, and shall take effect and be in force on
the expiration of thirty (30) days after its adoption.
Introduced this 19th day of January, 1953.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council of
