There being no one else further to speak for or against the
request, Chairman li declared the public hearing on this
matter closed and solicited comments from the Commissioners.
Commissioner Mammini then asked Mr. Galbraith if his client was
aware of is sewer easement in the rear of the lot.
Mr. Galbraith replied that a later check with the sellers of
the , Hofbrau Restaurant owners, showed this 10-
foot easement, that his client was certainly willing to
adjust his present plans in such a manner that no construct
would take place on these most easterly 10 feet of his lands.
There being no further comments by any of the other Commissioners,
Chairman Raffael for a motion on the matter and a roll
vote
Commissioner Lazzari, moved, by Commissioner Mammini,
to adopt the f ings of the City Planning Office and to approve
the application as requested, subject however to the require-
ments as set by the Planning Office, the City's Landscape
Specialist, and the Director of Public Works.
