Officer Moran mentioned problems with Taco-

up daily for liter, debris and other mis-
cellaneous trash on the site."

Applicant agreed with all the conditions and
limitations.
Commission and staff commented on Special Con
dition #2; that the property on the rear is
available to use with a lease from PG&E for
the additional parking. Staff will obtain a
copy of lease for the files.

dation. Seconded-Bertucelli.
Unanimously approved.

limitations.

limitations.

draft letter and clarify the Commission's
position on the South Slope of San Bruno
Mountain to be sent out with the Chairman.Ts

Staff asked for authorization from the Com-
mission to respond and comment on the Tenta-
tive Subdivision Map. Commission concurred.
