Avenue.
Staff responded that matter would be investigated.
Commissioner r~tz made an annolillcement of a Texcote Committee meeting, December 18,
1980, 7:00p.m., at West Orange Library for an update on the class action suit.
A presentation was made by Cl-I2H Hill on the proposed Grand Avenue vrade separation
project.

located on the westerly side of Gellert Boulevard north of West borough Boulevard in
the C-l Neighborhood Commercial Zone.
December 9 Staff Report presented.
Applicant and Representative present: Thomas Callan
T. Tronoff, Engineer
Staff pointed out certain zoning violations on the plan. The Commission and Staff
were opposed, from a traffic safety standpoint, to a new access drive which was being
proposed from Westborough Boulevard to the site.

study and redesign and to advise the Applicant that the proposed access drive to
