AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NOo 353 ENTITLED "ZONING ORDI-
NANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO"~ PASSED AND ADOPTED
AUGUST 10TH~ 1954.
The City Council of the City of South San ~a~¢isco
does ordain as follows:
SEOTION lo Subsection ~o~4 (a) of Ordinance NCo
entitled "Zoni~ Ordinance of the City of $~uth San ~a~¢isco",
"Section ~og4 (a) At such time as the Planning Commission
sh~ll tenser its re~ort to the City Council, or upon the
p±ratio~ of the period of time allotte~ to the Plannin~ Commission
the matter for public hear±n~ before t~e City Council ~nd cause
notice t~ereof to be p~blished as required by law, A~ter t~e
conclusion of such hearing, the C~ty Council may adopt the
~me~dment, or any part thereof set forth in the petition or
resolution in such form ~s said City Council ma~ deem to be
advisable."
SECTION 2. Subsection 2.2 of said ordinance is hereby
amended so that the following described real property may be
and it hereby is, rezoned from its present classification of "R-2"
(Duplex Residential District) to "R-3" (Restricted Multiple
Family Residential District):
Ail that real property in the City of South San Francisco,
County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows:
"Lot Nos. 36 and 37 in Block No. 79
as designated on the map entitled
"South San Francisco San Mateo Co.
Cal. Plat No. 1 which map was filed
in the office of the recorder of
San Marco County on March 1, 1892
in Book B of Maps at p. 6 and a copy
entered in Book 2 of Maps at p. 52."
SECTION 3o This ordinance shall be published once as
required by law and shall take effect and be in force thirty
days from and after its adoption°
