AHENDING ZONI~KI ORDINANCE NO. 355, AS
AHENDEB, ZONIla~ PARCELS !BEIN
P~SIONAL, EXECUTIVE AND
DISTRICT OR P-1 DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follovs:
Section 1. That Section 1 of O~dia4nce No. /433
shall be a~ended and corrected so that as a~ended and corrected
it shall read as follows:
Section 1. Zoning Ordinance No. 355, as amended,
entitled, "Zonint Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco",
passed end adopted om Ausust 10, 1954, amd particularly
Section 2.2 thereof, is hereby amended so that the followin$
described property be zoned Professional, Executive and
Research District or P-1 District~
All that certain real property situate in the
City of South San Francisco, County of San 14ares, State of
California, described as follows:
Parcel 32 as Shown on AssessorO s Nap of South San
F~ancisco Nap ~5; and parcels 1 and 2 as shown on
AsSessor's Nap.of South San Francisco Nap ~6; and
that portion of parcel 3 as shown on Assessor's
Nap of South San Francisco Nap ~6, which isbet
bounded by parcel 2 as shown on said map,

and the southern boundary of South San Francisco's
DrainaSe Canal (Colma Creek).
Section 2. This ordinance shell be published once
as required by law and shall take effect and be in force follov-
inS the expiration of thirty (30) days £ro~ and after the date
si its adoption.
