AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDER-
ING THE SALE OF ABANDONED PROPERTY, TO WIT: AN IN-
BOARD CABIN MOTOR BOAT KNOWN AS "SUEY SIN" #CF3460AM
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does or-
dain as follows:
I. The inboard cabin motor boat known as "Suey Sin"
#CF346OAM, same being a double ender inboard ca-
bin motor boat of 22 ft. in length with a beam
of 7 ft., which is abandoned, shall be sold to
the highest bidder by the Harbor Superintendent.
II. The Harbor Superintendent after adoption of this
Ordinance shall post a copy of said notice of
intention to sell on said boat in a conspicuous
place and shall mail a copy of said notice of in-
tention to sell to the owner of said boat at the
address shown on the boat's registration and in
the Harbor Superintendent's records.
III. This Ordinance shall be published once in the
Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general cir-
culation printed and published in the City of
South San Francisco, and shall take effect and
be in force thirty days from and after ~he adoption.

Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San
Francisco at a renu!ar meeting of the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 17th day of
August , 1964 , by the following vote:

ABSENT, " None
