AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE PARCELS DESCRIBED HERE-
IN AND KNOWN AS THE BRUSCO AND CASSINELLI PARCELS
RESTRICTED MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
OR R-3 DISTRICT AND AMENDING ORDINANCE No.353 AS
AMENDED ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO" PASSED AND ADOPTED AUGUST
10, 1954
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does or-
dain as follows:
SECTION I. The following parcels of property are hereby zoned
Restricted Multiple Family Residential District or R-3 District:
Ail that certain real property situated in the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State
of California, described as follows:
BEGINNI~G at a point~ distant North 16° 30' 16" East
938.31 feet from a granite monument, said monument
being designated "L-7" on the map entitled "Map of
Survey made for P. E. Eiler etc.", filed in the of-
fice of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California,
on March 10, 1891 in book "E" of Maps at page 79;
running theg~e from said point of beginning North
73° 29T 44" West 400.70Zfeet to the easterly line of
Ashton Avenue; thence aloqg the easterly ~ne of Ash-
ton Avenue, North 16° 17' 12" East 379.80 feet; thenc~
leaving Ashton Avenue6 South 73° 29' ~4" Eagt 402.14
feet; thence South 16 30' 16" West 379.80v feet to
the point of beginning.

Mateo County)
and
Ail that certain real property situated in the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of
California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at~ point distant North 16° 30' 16"
East 1318.11 feet from a granite monument, said
monument being designated "L-7" on Map of a Survey
made for P. E. Eiler of lands in the Buri-Buri
Rancho etc., which map was filed in the office of
the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of
California, on March 10, 1891 in Book "E" of Maps
at page 79, and a copy entered in Book 2 of Maps at
page 33; running thence from said point of beginning
North 73° 29' 44" West 402.14 feet to the easterly
line of Ashton Avenue; thence along the easterly line
of Ashton Avenue, the following courses and distances:
North 16° 17' 12" East 137.61,~eet; North 30°t30' West
184.45 feet and North 35° O4''30" East 98.74~eet;
thence leaving Ashton Avenuex South 73o~29' 44" East
506.12.feet; thence South 16° 30' 16" ~est 356.99 ~eet
to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM so much thereof as lies within the
lands described in the Deed from G. B. Cassinelli et
al, to California and Nevada District of the Lutheran
Church - Missouri Synod, a corporation, dated April 2,
1954 and recorded April 12, 1954 in Book 2565 of Of-
ficial Records of San Marco County at page 549 (49057-L).

Mateo County)
SECTION II. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No.353, as amended,
entitled "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco",
passed and adopted on August 10, 1954, and Zoning Map of the City
of South San Francisco, California, dated July 21, 1954, are here-
by amended, so that the parcels hereinbefore described in Section
I shall be zoned Restricted Multiple Family Residential District or
R-3 District and shall be so established and delineated upon said
Zoning Map.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be published once as re-
quired by law and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from and after its adoption.
Introduced this 20th day of July , 1964 .
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this
2~nd day of September , 1964 by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Frank Bertucelli, and
Andrew Rocca
NOES, None
ABSENT, " Emilio Corbesi and Guido J. Rozzi
