AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE PARCELS DESCRIBED
HEREIN AND KNOWN AS THE GISELDINI PARCELS RE-
STRICTED MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
OR R-3 DISTRICT AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.353
AS AMENDED ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO" PASSED AND ADOPT-
ED AUGUST 10, 1954
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does or-
dain as follows:
SECTION I. The following parcels of property are hereby
zoned Restricted Multiple Family Residential District or R-3 Dist-
rict:
Ail that certain real property situate in the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State
of California, described as follows:
BEGINN~G at a point distant North 16° 30' 16" East
611.67 feet from a granite monument, said monument
being designated "L-7" on Map of Survey made for P.
E. Eiler etc. filed in the office of the Recorder
of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on
March 10, 1891 in Book "E" of Maps at page 79; said
point also being the northeasterly corner of the
lands now or formerly the property of Zefferino
Balbi; running thence from said point of beginning
North 16° 30' 16" East 163.32 feet; thence North
73° 29' 44" West 400.70 f~et, more or less, to the
easterly line of Willow Avenue (formerly Ashton
Avenue); thence along the easterly line of Willow
Avenue (formerly Ashton Avenue) South 16° 17' 12"
West 163.32 feet, more or less, to the northwest
corner of said lands of Balbi; thence along the
northerly line of said Balbi property, South 73°
29' 44" East 399..~6 feet to the point of beginning.

Mateo County)

Ail that certain real property situate in the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State
of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of the lands
conveyed by Pietro Denevi and Luisa Denevi, his wife,
to Joseph Restani, by Deed dated November 28, 1932
and recorded December 12, 1932 in Book 578 of Official
Records of San Mateo ~.C~ounty at page 404; thence run-
ning South,3° 29' 44" E~_st 400.70 ~eet; thence South
16° 30' 16'~West 163.32 feet; thence North 73° 29' 44"
West 400.70 feet, more or less, to the easterly line
of Willow Avenue (formerly Ashton Avenue); thence
along the easterly line of Willow Avenue (formerly
Ashton Avenue) North 16° 17' 12" East 163'32 feet, more
or less, to the point of beginning.
(Also referred to as Assessor's Parcel No.11-262-05
San Mateo County)
SECTION II. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No.353, as amended,
entitled "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco",
passed and adopted on August 10, 1954, and Zoning Map of the City
of South San Francisco, California, dated July 21, 1954, are hereby
amended, so that the parcels hereinbefore described in Section I
shall be zoned Restricted Multiple Family Residential District or
R-3 District and shall be so established and delineated upon said
Zoning Map.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be published once as re-
quired by law and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from and after its adoption.

Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this P~nd day of
September , 1964 by the following vote:
