AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.353, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO'' PASSED AND ADOPTED AUGUST 10, 1954, AND
ESTABLISHING ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FOR
THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
I. Amendment of Section 2.2 and Zoning Map:
Subsection 2°2 of Ordinance No.353, as amended, entitled
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco", passed
and adopted-August.lO, 1954, and "Zoning Map of the City of South
San Francisco, California", dated March' 1, 1961, adopted March 5,
1962, are hereby amended so that the property hereinafter described
in Section III shall be established as a Planned Commercial and
Light Industrial or P.C.M. District
II. Delineation on Zoning Map:
The designation, location and boundary of the property
herein zoned and hereinafter more particularly described shall be
delineated upon the map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of South
San Francisco, California", dated March 1, 1961, adopted March 5,
1962.
III. Establishment of Zoning Classification: '~
The following described property is hereby zoned and
established as a Planned Commercial and Light Industrial or
P.C.M. District

A description of that certain portion of property
situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San
Marco, State of California, to be rezoned P-C-M, is as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the most southwester-
ly line of Myrtle Avenue and the most southeasterly line of
the subdivision shown on the map entitled "Mayfair Village
#3, South San Francisco, California", filed in the office
of the Recorder of San Marco County in Book 26 of Maps at
page 45; thence proceeding from said point south 15° 33'
thence from said
west 1OO feet more or less to a point~
point turning and proceeding north 74° 27' west 1OO.O1 feet
more or less to a point that is the most southeasterly cor-
ner of that subdivision shown on the map entitled "Mayfair
Village #4, South~San Francisco, California", filed in the
Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County in Book 43 of Maps
at page 41; thence turning and proceeding from said point
south 25° 33' 50" East 306.29 feet more or less to a point
on the most northwesterly line of Spruce Avenue as established
in a Deed to the City of South San Francisco, dated May 1,
1962, and recorded July 12, 1962, in Book 4247 of the Official
Records of San Mateo County at page 8; thence turning and
proceeding on and along said northwesterly line of Spruce
Avenue on a curve to the right having a radius of 1240 feet,
a central angle of 4° 58' 12" and arc distance of 107.56
feet more or less to a point on the most northwesterly line
of Spruce Avenue; thence tangent to the proceeding course
north 55° 18' OO" east along said line of Spruce Avenue 8.34
feet more or less to a point; thence turning and proceedi~
northeasterly on a curve to the left with a radius of 1160~
tangent to the preceding course, a central angle of 10° 34'
13", an arc distance of 214.OO feet more or less to a point;
thence from said point turning and proceeding along a curve
to the left northwesterly with a radius of 720 feet, said line
being the most southwesterly lime of the proposed Myrtle
Avenue extension, to the true Point of Beginning.
IV. Publication and Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by
law and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from
and after its adoption.

Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 6th
day of September ~ 19 66 .., by the following vote:
