DIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH S~ FRANCISCO BY
ADDING THERETO SECTION 4.25
THE CITY CO~CIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
AMENDMENT OF ~tE SUBDIVISION 0RDIN;d~CE OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PASSED FEBRUARY 2,
1970, BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 4.25.
SecTion 4.25 is hereby added to Ordinance 603, the Sub-
division Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco, passed
February 2, 19 70.

DESIGN AND LOCATION OF AIRSPACES AND
BUILDINGS IN CONDOMINIUM AND COMMUNITY-
APARTP~NT PROJECTS
The Planning Commission, upon the recommenda-
tion of the City Engineer and the City Planner,
shall regulate the design and location of-airspaces
and buildings in condonz~nium and conununlty-apartment
projects, in order to promote The public safety,
health, comfort, convenience, and general welfare,
a/Id to effectuate the General Plan, and the standards
and provisions of The Subdivision and Zoning Ordi-
nances. Appeals from The actions of The Planning
Connnission on airspaces and buildings in condominium
and co,unity-apartment projects shall be governed
by Section 9.13 of this ordinance.
SECTION II. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This ordinance shall be published once in the "Enterprise-
Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in The City of
South San Francisco, as required by law, and shall become effec-
rive thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
