Hi Gabriel,
Please work with IT to try to retrieve the email from Jason. It is important that moving forward,
you follow up on items that I've asked you to do, especially minutes. We will discuss this further
when I return to the office.
Thank you,
Rosa

Hi Rosa,
Yes, these were the minutes. I do recall following up with ECD on the minutes after Jason's email.
Unfortunately, I didn't print the email and has since been purged with all emails over 2 years old. I'll
follow up with them again as I don't recall every hearing from them. It's my fault for not following up on
my original request and it just got forgotten.
Thank you,
Rodriguez, Gabriel

Subject: RE: Oyster Point Liaison Committee/Oversight Board Minutes
Gabriel — I would recommend that you work with ECD staff to request that the current OB approve the former OB
minutes from 6/19/18, but would anticipate some confusion/pushback on that. With respect to the Oyster Point
Liaison Committee minutes, I don't see a need or mechanism to approve them and think it is okay to leave them as draft
minutes.
Thanks,
Jason

[EXTERNAL E-MAIL]
Hi Jason,
We have three sets of Oyster Point Liaison Committee minutes (4/17/17, 8/2/17 and 4/17/18) that were never
adopted. They were scheduled to be adopted on 9/7/18 but unfortunately that meeting was cancelled at the
last minute. City Council members are no longer attending meetings and have assigned Christina Fernandez,
Assistant to the City Manager as a City representative. We would like your guidance on how to proceed in
having the three sets of minutes adopted at the next Harbor District meeting? Would the Council
representatives need to be present to adopt these minutes?
We also have a set of the last meeting of the Oversight Board from 6/19/18 before the County took it over
that was never adopted. Can we ask the County if they can approve them at their next Oversight Board
meeting?
Thank you,
Gabriel Rodriguez I Deputy City Clerk
