Approval of Minutes:
Minutes from August 1, 2022 were approved.
Public Comments:

Approval of Youth Commission Bylaws
The Youth Commission’s Bylaws were approved.
Debrief on Youth Town Hall
Commissioners discussed the event, what they liked, and how they could improve.
Report to the City Council on Youth Commission Activities for FY 2021-2022
The Chair and Vice Chair provided updated on the report.
Future Meeting Topics
The Commissioners were interested in learning more about the Public Art Master Plan.
The Commissioners were interested in pursuing another Youth Town Hall in the future, perhaps tailored
to each high school.

There were no public comments.

Staff Liaison Huey shared that September 24, 2022 will be Concert in the Park and invited
Commissioners to attend.
Items from Commission:
The Chair asked Staff to provide the Commission with updates for Parks and Recreation’s Halloween
events.
