Please note that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, this meeting is teleconference only, and will be conducted
pursuant to the provisions of the Governor’s Executive Order N29-20 issued on March 17, 2020 allowing for
deviation of teleconference rules required by the Brown Act and pursuant to the Order of the Health Officer of
San Mateo County dated March 31, 2020.

Report regarding consideration of a Class 1, Section 15301 categorical exemption
under CEQA and a Use Permit and Design Review request, for the conversion of
existing storage space into commercial tenant space and a Parking Reduction of nine
(9) spaces at 324 Grand Avenue in the Grand Avenue Core (GAC) Zoning District in
accordance with Title 20 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code (SSFMC).

for a Conditional Use Permit, for the operation of an Indoor Commercial Cannabis
Cultivation Operation at 349 Littlefield Avenue in the Mixed Industrial (MI) Zoning
District in accordance with Title 20 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code.

Transportation Demand Management Plan, and Environmental Impact Report, for the
construction of a new office / R&D building and parking structure in the Business and

Resolution making findings and certifying the Environmental Impact Report including
adoption of a Statement of Overriding Considerations and Mitigation Monitoring and
Reporting Program for the 499 Forbes Boulevard Project.

Resolution making findings and approving Planning Project P19-0001, including Use
Permit UP19-0003, Design Review DR19-0032, and Preliminary Transportation
Demand Management Program TDM19-0005, for the construction of a new office /
R&D building and parking structure in the Business and Technology Park (BTP)
Zoning District at 499 Forbes Boulevard.

Extend the Term of the Community Advisory Committee members for the General
