HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Meeting 06-06-02 (Reso 2619-2002) - CIPRESOLUTION NO. 2619-2002 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PLANNING COMMISSION DETERMINING THAT THE PROPOSED 2002-2003 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IS CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY’S GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, the State of California Planning and Zoning Law requires the Planning Commission to review the Capital Improvement Program each year and make a determination that it is consistent with the City’s General Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Capital Improvement Program at its regular meeting held on June 6th, 2002, and finds it consistent with all applicable City goals, objectives, policies and programs for the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco that it hereby has determined that the Proposed Capital Improvement Program for 2002-2003 is consistent with the South San Francisco General Plan. * * * * * * I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco at the regular meeting held on the 6th day of June 2002 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioner D'Angelo, Commissioner Honan, Commissioner Meloni, Commissioner Sim, Commissioner Teglia, Vice Chairperson Ochsenhirt, Chairperson Romero NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None Thomas C.
