HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Meeting 06-15-00 (Reso 2558-2000) - CIP 2000-2001 RESOLUTION NO. 2558-2000 PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PLANNING COMMISSION DETERMINING THAT THE PROPOSED 2000-2001 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IS CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY’S GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, the State of California Planning and Zoning Law requires the Planning Commission to review the Capital Improvement Program each year and make a determination that it is consistent with the City’s General Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that they were complete and consistent with all applicable City goals, objectives, policies and programs for the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco hereby has determined that the proposed Capital Improvement Program for 2000-2001 is consistent with the South San Francisco General Plan, at their regular meeting of June 15, 2000. * * * * * * * I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco at the regular meeting held on the 15th day of June, 2000 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioner Baldocchi, Commissioner D'Angelo, Commissioner Honan, Commissioner Romero and Chairperson Sim NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Vice Chairperson Meloni and Commissioner Teglia ATTEST: Commission Secretary Thomas C.
