You are invited to offer your suggestions. In order that you may know our method of conducting Agency
business, we proceed as follows:
The regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency is held on the second Wednesday of each month at
7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Services Building, Community Room, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco,
California.
Public Comment: For those wishing to address the Board on any Agenda or non-Agendized item, please
complete a Speaker Card located at the entrance to the Community Room and submit it to the Clerk.
Please be sure to indicate the Agenda Item # you wish to address or the topic of your public comment.
California law prevents Redevelopment Agency from taking action on any item not on the Agenda
(except in emergency circumstances). Your question or problem may be referred to staff for investigation
and/or action where appropriate or the matter may be placed on a future Agenda for more comprehensive
action or a report. When your name is called, please come to the podium, state your name and address for
the Minutes. COMMENTS ARE LIMITED TO THREE (3) MINUTES PER SPEAKER. Thank you for
your cooperation.
The Clerk will read successively the items of business appearing on the Agenda. As she completes
reading an item, it will be ready for Board action.

CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes of June 13,2007
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of July 11, 2007
Motion-Fernekes/Second-Addiego: To approve Items 1 & 2 on the Consent Calendar;
unanimously approved by voice vote, 5-0.
ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS
3. (discussed following Closed Session) Resolution approving an amended purchase and
sale agreement for the sale of unimproved property from the City and County of San
Francisco Public Utilities Commission to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco
Assistant City Manager Marty Van Duyn presented the staff report. He stated this item involves
basically all the Public Utilities Rights-of-Way from Orange A venue to the South San Francisco
BART Station.
Agencymember Matsumoto inquired if the density numbers in these documents could be
changed at the time rezoning is done by the City. Assistant City Manager Van Duyn stated that
Council would not be locked into any disposition of property that they own and if Council
wished to modify the General Plan designation, that can be done.
Assistant City Manager VanDuyn stated for the record that the City had negotiated permit rights
for the entire Rights-of-Way along the PUC that we needed for the Linear Parkway.
Motion-Addiego/Second-Fernekes: To adopt the resolution approving an amended
purchase and sale agreement for the sale of unimproved property from the City and County of
San Francisco PUC to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco;
unanimously approved by voice vote, 5-0.
