Motion to approve the minutes of the July 24, 2002 regular meeting
Motion to confirm expense claims of August 14, 2002 in the amount of $708,060.51
Motion to cancel the regular meeting of August 28, 2002
Resolution approving Purchase and Sale Agreements for property located at 338 - 339
Railroad Avenue and 340 - 340A Railroad Avenue/341 - 341A 1 st Lane
Item pulled from Consent Calendar.
Vice-Chairman Gonzalez requested Item No. 4 be pulled from the Consent Calendar.
Motion/Fernekes/Second-Green: To approve Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
Approved by voice vote. Abstain: Chairman Mullin, Item No. 1.
Item No. 4: Boardmember Matsumoto requested staff include a map of the subject location in
the staff report.
Vice-Chairman Gonzalez asked who will be managing the property and Assistant Agency
Director Van Duyn responded that due to the size of the project his department will be
managing it, but a non-profit agency, such as Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition, is
preferred.

MotionoGonzalez/Second-Femekes: To adopt Resolution No. 02-2002, approving the
purchase and sale agreements between the Redevelopment Agency and John Petroff,
Margie Petroff and Bertha Iskra. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
CLOSED SESSION
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, real property negotiations related to 26
South Linden Avenue (tentative)
Executive Director Wilson requested Item No. 5 be removed from the Agenda.

by voice vote.
